Leland Elmes' Eagle Project

I, Leland Elmes, am planning to build a prayer garden in front of the church as my Eagle Scout project. This church has meant so much to me, and I would love to create something lasting that can bless others for years to come.

My hope is that this garden will provide a peaceful space where members of the congregation can reflect and pray. The design will include native plants, a figure-eight walking path, and a cross with benches for quiet prayer.

I plan to work on the project throughout the summer and complete it by August 31, 2026. To make this vision a reality, I am seeking both donations to reach my $3000 budget and volunteers to assist with landscaping. Workdays will primarily take place on weekends in June and July, with some weekday opportunities as needed.
