All in for Jesus | Sent out to serve
Why Church?
Jesus’ Church is where our loving God and his broken people come together. It’s where forgiveness from God leads to healed relationships and authentic community. It’s where we celebrate and lean into the new life the Lord has for us.
Why LCPC?
We’re passionate about continuing the work that Jesus began. And we’d love for you to explore this site to find out how you might connect with us. Come and worship with us!
Seek and Find Your Place
That said, our main mission isn’t to enlarge the LCPC family. It’s to point people Jesus, who offers forgiveness and eternal life to everyone who trusts in him. So if LCPC doesn’t feel right for you, don’t stop exploring. Find a church family in your community where you can grow in the character of Jesus and continue his kingdom-building work.
What to Expect
Worship Services (Contemporary and Classic)
We offer two Sunday worship services in our main Sanctuary, where vivid stained glass windows surround us with reminders of God’s mighty works and the enduring promises of His Word.

Our 9:00 a.m. Contemporary Worship Service is led by our praise band and features uplifting contemporary Christian music. Our 11:00 a.m. Classic Worship Service offers a more contemplative, liturgical experience, with beloved hymns of faith, sacred choral music, and classical instrumental offerings. This service honors the traditions that have united Christians for centuries and have been part of life at LCPC for more than 130 years.

Whichever service you choose, you’ll experience dynamic testimonies, engaging interviews, and the same Bible-based message. A lively Sunday School is available during both services for children of all ages. After the Contemporary service and before the traditional service, everyone is invited to Fellowship Time—also known as the “Party in the Breezeway”—for coffee, cookies, and conversation.

Location & Parking
LCPC is located at 2902 Montrose Ave. in La Crescenta. The parking lot is just west of the church on Montrose Ave, and there's overflow and disabled parking on the street in front of the church.

What to Wear
Please dress however you feel comfortable! At LCPC you'll see people wearing everything from Hawaiian shirts and jeans to dresses and ties. God invites us to come as we are.

Kids & Students
Sunday mornings feature programming for every age group. Children and Students begin worship in the services before being dismissed about 10 minutes into the service. We also offer a soundproof room where children and parents can watch the service together.

Communion (The Lord's Supper)
The first Sunday of every month, our church regularly celebrates the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper as a central part of our worship. In keeping with Presbyterian tradition, Communion is a time of remembering Christ’s sacrifice, renewing our faith, and experiencing His grace through the bread and the cup. All who trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are invited to share in the meal, regardless of church background. The elements are served reverently, with Scripture, prayer, and quiet reflection, as we gather at the Lord’s Table as one body.
