Children's Ministry
“We loved you so much that we shared with you not only God’s Good News but our own lives, too.” 1 Thessalonians 2:8
Our mission in Children's Ministry is to share saving truth of Jesus and reflect His love to every child we encounter.
We help children to develop a strong faith foundation as they grow by providing age-appropriate ways to learn about Jesus through teaching and modeling what it means to be a Christian today through stories, games, crafts, service projects, and more.
We have tons of fun together during our weekly programming and special events!
Our Children's Ministries program offers a safe space for kids to learn, explore, and develop faith in Jesus while making lasting friendships along the way. For more info on how we operate, please see below. We hope that your kids will join us!

Check-In
Every time your child participates in a children’s ministries program at LCPC, they will be required to be checked in via our electronic check-in system. On Sunday mornings in the Narthex (lobby) of the church, and on Wednesday evenings in Koopman’s Hall, there will be a Check-In table, where a Children’s Ministries staff member or volunteer will greet you and check in your child(ren). This will include inputting a parent/guardian name, and the name of each child in sixth grade or under, along with a parent/guardian phone number, in case of emergencies. Then the system will print a name tag for each child (Nursery through sixth grade) and a tag for the parent/guardian. The parent label will not include children’s names, but will have a number that corresponds to numbers on the children’s name tags. You will need that number when signing your children out of class. Pick up locations are listed below. Please pick your child up promptly after the service ends.
