The Cruisers Club of LCPC is an organization within the church which provides the opportunity for Christian fellowship and growth for both couples and singles in their 60s through their 90s. They meet on the first Tuesday of every month, except for July and August, at 6:00 p.m. for a catered meal, good fellowship and an interesting program. All are welcome, but reservations for the dinner are requested. Contact the church office for more information.
How can you grow the fruit of the Spirit if you don't plant seeds? SEED groups are home Bible study groups of 6 to 12 people who make friends, learn, have fun, and grow in their faith.
The current Bible Study SEED Group Meets Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. in the Chapel. We would love for more SEED groups to form!
Call the church office for more information (818) 249-6137.
Men’s Breakfast began in the 1980s with a small group getting together Saturday mornings for coffee, donuts and fellowship. That soon morphed into a full breakfast once a month.
Speakers both from inside and outside the church make for interesting Saturday mornings. Net proceeds from donations are given to church projects.
The tradition continues and we meet on the second Saturday of the month in Koopmans Hall at 7:30 a.m. except for July and August. Good food, fellowship and inspiring talks. All are welcome – Please join us!
On the fourth Tuesday of every month at noon, the community is invited to gather for a time of fellowship and food for those individuals who are 50+ years young. Lunch is provided by the Center for Children and served to you by the LCPC staff at reasonable rates, and the fellowship is free! Come meet with lifelong friends and/or meet new people.
As a result of our Women’s Retreat with a Hawaiian theme one year, we decided we needed a fellowship group for adult women (18 and older) all year long, instead of just once a year at our retreat. LUAU stands for Ladies United All Unique! Our motto is Fun and Fellowship with a pinch of God. We have had many programs such as a laughing yoga workshop, the “Bra” lady, Right Side Up storytelling, Movies Under the Stars, Bingo, Bunco and our ever-popular Ladies Spring Tea.
We meet periodically on Friday evenings in Koopman’s Hall.
For more information please contact Lynda Hessick at firstname.lastname@example.org.
